In the very unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with our cheese, all retail customers may request a complete refund. Refunds are requested through e-mail at refunds@penncheese.com. There is only one stipulation, you have to let us know how we didn't fill your expectations. We don't want to disappoint and if you can help us in our efforts, we would greatly appreciate it. We obviously will need your name and address information too. Thanks!
