Our Smoked Baby Swiss is a brand new product of Penn Cheese. It is a gentle smoke flavor with our traditional creamy and mild Baby Swiss. The flavors really do work very well together. The Baby Swiss flavor needs to be handled very carefully. If we have too much smoke we have an unbalanced flavor. We maintain a careful watch on our smoking process to assure a Smoke and Swiss combination that just can't be beat.
