Baby Swiss

Summary

Our Baby Swiss comes from a recipe that Tom Weber (our head cheese maker) has been perfecting for the last 25 years. The flavor is a mild Swiss with a nutty or buttery flavor. The holes tend to be about the size of a penny to a quarter. It is a full cream Swiss, so the flavor and texture combined with our special recipe, is hard to beat.
