Summary

Our Baby Swiss comes from a recipe that Tom Weber (our head cheese maker) has been perfecting for the last 25 years. The flavor is a mild Swiss with a nutty or buttery flavor. The holes tend to be about the size of a penny to a quarter. It is a full cream Swiss, so the flavor and texture combined with our special recipe, is hard to beat. To maximize flavor of our cheese, leave the cheese to warm to room temperature before eating. The warming will also give a creamier texture.
