Cheeses we make at Penn Cheese include a variety Swisses of which our very own head cheese maker, Tom Weber, has perfected over the last 30 years. Our main products include the Baby Swiss and Lacey Swiss, the newer types we are working on include a Domestic Swiss and a Hot Swiss. These cheeses are shown and explained in more detail below.
